Thank you to Government of Yukon & the Community Development Fund for their support in helping JAM purchase a much needed JAM Digital Mixer. This has significantly improved the venue’s sound capabilities, providing performers with clearer, more reliable on-stage sound while giving technicians modern processing, recallable settings, and greater control. JAM is grateful to CDF for supporting this important investment in the long-term arts and cultural infrastructure of Haines Junction.

This is a serious call for help from our JAM community. ❤️

After more than 25 years of bringing music, arts, entertainment and community events to Haines Junction, JAM needs three key Board positions filled by October 1, 2026: President, Treasurer and Secretary.

Without people stepping into these roles, we will not have the leadership or non-profit compliance needed to keep the organization operating, and JAM will have to close its doors.

Could you help keep JAM going? You don't need to be an artist or have previous Board experience. Training, support and guidance are available, and there are other Board members and volunteers who can help you learn the ropes.

If you've ever enjoyed a JAM concert, festival, workshop, summer music event, or simply appreciate having an arts organization in our community, this is an opportunity to help make sure JAM is still here for the next 25 years.

Technical direction will be provided by Yukon Wildland Fire Management, based in Haines Junction, while JAM provides administrative direction.
