Augusto Children's Festival Welcome to the Augusto! Children’s Festival. The weekend festival takes place the 2nd weekend in Aug Welcome to the annual Augusto! Children's Festival!!!

We are 100% volunteer organized and run Festival that started this dedicated art and music festival for children in 2017. Whether you are a child, family, volunteer or presenter, there will be much to entertain you throughout the weekend! With a focus on zero waste, our themes change every year but will always circle around recreating with what we usually throw away. Let your imagination be your g

uide! Where possible, workshops will have an emphasis on upcycling, repurposing found objects and transforming waste materials into expressive art explorations. The Augusto! Children's Festival will strive to be a zero waste event with stations for compost and recycling. No bottled water or other bottled products will be sold on site so be sure to bring your own water bottle! Check out ticket information, schedule and detailed workshop descriptions on the website augustokids.ca. Workshop registration is required upon purchase of a weekend pass. Some workshops are very small so register early to get your pick. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be a small nut free Kids' Kafe operating in the Atrium with food and drinks for sale and space for parents and kids to eat, grab a coffee and relax. Weekend passes for ages 5 – 12 include a $5.00 credit at the Kid's Kafe so be sure to check it out!
