Guelph Community Voice Exploration Gathering We are a group that comes together to use our voices without limits. Has anyone ever told you "you can't sing?" Have you ever told yourself that?

Come and join us and prove them/yourself wrong. All vocal sounds are fascinating and all of us deserve to share our voices with others and explore them to the fullest. Last spring/summer we met on a weekly basis from March to June when we gave a concert at the Guelph Youth Music Centre with 5 of the world's leading vocal improvisers (Maggie Nicols, Phil Minton, Christine Duncan, Paul Dutton, and W

. Mark Sutherland). This was possible to due to support of the International Institute for Critical Studies in Improvisation. This year there is interest in keeping the group going with a monthly gathering. More details about that will appear on this page.
