Living On Less

Living On Less Explore ways to live a fulfilling life while saving money

and minimizing your environmental footprint… Could Less be More? Are you spending too much?

WHAT IS LIVING ON LESS?

“But what is happiness except the simple harmony between a person and the life they lead?” - Albert Camus

This program encourages and supports living better for less, while maintaining dignity, self worth and good health. An important component is also how to leave less of an environmental footprint. Many people are choosing to question the fast-paced, expensive lifes

tyle model of North American society. Is stuff stressing you out? Are you concerned with how your daily life impacts the environment? Want to simplify? By necessity some of us have to live thriftily, while some of us may choose to do so of our own free will. We may be out of work, on a fixed income, retired, over-stressed, environmentally or globally aware… and want or need to live a simpler more natural life. Regardless of your reasons, living on less can be enough. And it can be done with purpose, joy, meaning and fulfillment. You are invited to invest your time in this free 7- week program to improve wellbeing. Do you want to learn more about how to simplify your life, to save money, to live lightly and according to your own values and priorities with resources available in Guelph? In this series you can develop your own spending plan, and live on less with confidence, care, and creativity. Come, meet others and share your expertise on the journey of “Living on Less”.
