Stepping up into leadership at Speed River Toastmasters isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about being willing to take a step forward and grow. Leadership matters because it helps shape the direction and feel of our club.
It gives us a chance to practice guiding others, making decisions, and building confidence. Every time we take on a role, we’re not just helping the meeting run—we’re building skills we can use in everyday life. Leadership isn’t just for a few people here—it’s something we all get better at, one step at a time.
