For a quarter of a century, our 25-Year Members have been dedicated not only to their own success, but to the continued strength of Meat & Poultry Ontario and the industry we represent.

Over those years, the industry has seen tremendous change, from evolving consumer expectations and technology to new regulations and market opportunities. Through it all, these members have remained committed to our association and the industry.

Congratulations to Jennifer Haley, recipient of the 2026 Meat Industry Achievement Award!

Jennifer has dedicated 28 years to Ontario’s veal sector, becoming a respected leader and advocate for producers, processors and the broader meat industry. Ontario Veal Appeal

Throughout her career with Veal Farmers of Ontario, Jennifer helped strengthen industry partnerships, advance standards and ensure Ontario’s veal sector had a strong voice at the provincial and national levels. Her work included advocating for veal carcass weight regulation changes, establishing the Certified Ontario Veal branding program and advancing the Veal Quality Audit program.

Beyond her many industry achievements, Jennifer is recognized for her integrity, knowledge, mentorship and unwavering commitment to the people she represented.

Congratulations Jennifer, on an extraordinary career and a well-deserved recognition! ❤️
