💙 Bell Let’s Talk Day at Woolwich 💙

Here at Woolwich, we decided to take a moment to focus on mindfulness for mental health 🙌

Our Youth Advisory Committee shared that they were excited to try new activities like meditation and yoga, so we enjoyed a guided meditation centered on gratitude 🧘

After the meditation, we shared some snacks and engaged in conversation using fun conversation cards ✍️

Coming together as a group to pause and connect with peers left everyone feeling heard and supported. This reflects the heart of The Grove YWHO core services, bringing together skills and well-being activities with community and social support. This is how we hope youth feel every time they access our hub 💭✨
