Scrapgoat Recycled Metals go to support HOPE House - Guelph, Ontario. Recycle your scrap metals to support Lakeside HOPE House. ALL money goes directly to HOPE House.

Because it's a volunteer service, we cannot lift heavy items from your basement. Please place items in front of your garage or front porch NOT at the curb. Because of the crazy price of gas, ScrapGoat requests a donation to help Ed pay for gas. (If you can't afford that, it's free.) Please bring small items (things you can fit in your car) to the ScrapGoat bin at Lakeside church on Conservation Ro

Items that Ed can recycle include: old BBQs and appliances, broken TVs, dead vehicles (but not trailers), old metal pipes and scrap, broken air conditioners, water heaters, furnaces, metal patio furniture, and most small items that have a cord (unless they are mostly plastic.) He cannot take broken furniture (recycler won't accept it) or things that are mostly plastic.

A way to help ScrapGoat:
Ed likes to keep the cash he receives from the scrapyard in various envelopes - it's easier for him to separate donations which get tax receipts from Hope House that way.
Do you have a box of old but unused envelopes (he'd prefer ) that he can have? Perhaps with your outdated business address or logo? He could use that - rather than buying a box from Staples.
