We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone engaging with this message. As we embark on our 10th year of fundraising, we wish to express our deep appreciation for your continued support and generosity. Since 2016, your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of many, particularly during these challenging times in Afghanistan. The country's political turmoil, following the Taliban's ascent to power, has precipitated an economic crisis and a cessation of much-needed Western aid, exacerbating the hardships faced by the already vulnerable populations.

In Afghanistan, where the majority live hand-to-mouth, lacking savings or alternative income sources, the holy month of Ramadan intensifies the need for support. Our connections within the country have allowed us to identify those most in need, including widows, orphans, and individuals with disabilities, all of whom qualify for Zakat, Zakat-ul-Fitr, and general charity.

Thanks to your kindness, we have been able to assist numerous families over the years: 20 in 2016, 27 in 2017, 42 in 2018, 39 in 2019, 167 in 2020 during the peak of global challenges, 39 in 2021, 24 in 2022, 67 in 2023 and 77 in 2024. This Ramadan, we are motivated more than ever to broaden our impact and reach even more families in dire need of sustenance.

We are excited to announce a new development in our fundraising efforts this year. In collaboration with the Afghan Community of Guelph, a registered charity in Canada, we are now able to provide tax receipts for your generous donations. This partnership not only enhances the impact of your contributions but also offers you the added benefit of claiming your donations on your tax returns. It's a win-win: you support a noble cause while also receiving acknowledgment for your generosity in a tangible, beneficial way to you during tax season.

Your continued support has enabled us to make a significant difference in the lives of many, especially in these challenging times in Afghanistan. With the added incentive of tax-deductible contributions, we hope to encourage even greater participation and support this Ramadan. As always, we are here to provide any additional information or answer any questions you may have. Together, with your unwavering generosity, we can continue to bring hope and joy to those in dire need.

My relationship with these people is, they are my countrymen.
Donations will be sent to Faryab province of Afghanistan through Moneygram. Flour, rice, oil, sugar and spaghetti will be bought and distributed among the needy people, the cost per family will be around 75 Canadian dollars.

سلام و عرض ادب به هموطنان جامعه افغانی گوئلف!
امیدوارم این ویدیو در بهترین حال شما باشد و این روزهای خوبی را با خانواده و عزیزانتان‌ به خوبی بگذرانید.

با خوشحالی و با افتخار ویدیو را به شما منتشر می‌کنم که جامعه افغانی در کانادا به اطفال در گذشته عید مبارکی داده و خدمات عالی را برای آنان ارائه داده‌اند. این خبر نشان دهنده عشق و اهمیتی است که این جامعه به کودکان و اطفال دارد.

این روزها، به خصوص در گذشته در ماه رمضان و روزهای عید، همه ما به دنبال فرصتی بودیم تا به دیگران کمک کنیم و خدماتی را به دیگران ارائه دهیم. با توجه به شرایط پاندمی که برای همه‌ی ما سختی‌هایی ایجاد کرده، این خدمات به خصوص برای اطفال به شدت ارزشمند هستند و می‌توانند در کنار لذت و شادی روزهای عید، خاطرات زیبا و ماندگاری را برای آنان به ارمغان بیاورند.

با سلام و احترام، به مناسبت فرا رسیدن عید سعید فطر، تبریک و تهنیت خود را به همه هموطنان عزیزمان اعلام می‌کنم. امیدوارم این روزهای عید، برای شما و خانواده‌تان پر از شادی، خوشبختی و سلامتی باشد.

عید فطر، عید شکوهمندی است که در آن تمامی مسلمانان به شادی و خوشحالی جشن می‌گیرند. با پایان ماه رمضان، ماهی که در آن به روزه و عبادت مشغول بودیم، به آرامش و خوشی عید فطر می‌رسیم. عیدی که فرصتی است برای گرامی داشتن ارزش‌های اسلامی و برقراری ارتباطات اجتماعی بین اعضای خانواده و دوستان.

در این عید سعید، از خداوند منان التماس دارم که برای همه ما به دلایلی همچون سلامتی، برکت و خوشبختی در زندگی و موفقیت در امور مختلف، نعمت‌های بیشتری به ارمغان آورد. همچنین، آرزومندم همه ما در برابر هرگونه بیماری و بلا ایمن باشیم و همیشه با شادی و آرامش زندگی کنیم.

We are very thrilled to announce that we were able to help the neediest with your assistance. We sincerely thank every individual who contributed to this cause particularly, the Uzbek community of Guelph. With your donations, we helped 65 families of widows, orphans, and disabled individual in Andkhoy (a district of Faryab province). May God reward all of you who contributed to this cause. And a big thank you to Dr. Nasrullah Nusrat and other volunteers for helping with the distribution.
