dministrators reserve the right, but assumes no obligation, to delete or hide submissions that, in our opinion, contain vulgar or offensive language, defamatory remarks or comments that target or disparage any group or individual based on race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, s*x, s*xual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, family status or disability. Further, the Administrators also reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to delete or hide comments that:
• contain solicitations, advertisements or spam or include links to other unknown sites;
• are clearly off topic;
• advocate illegal activity;
• promote particular services, products, or political organizations/candidates;
• promote events of a political nature that are not hosted or sponsored by the Town (or in some cases a neighbouring municipality);
• infringe on copyrights or trademarks;
• attack individuals rather than constructively critique ideas;
• are incorrect or misleading;
• intentionally attempt to derail, hijack, troll or bait others into an emotional response;
• are from individuals repeatedly posting negative comments;
• are typed in ALL CAPS (as this denotes shouting);
• repetitive comments;
• quote of warnings sent to a user;
• divulge personal and confidential information about a person other than yourself;
• make this page a less civil and enjoyable place to be.

Those who violate these guidelines may be temporarily or permanently banned from posting on the Friendly by Nature page, depending on the violation. Those who consistently or intentionally violate these guidelines will be permanently banned. These actions may be taken with or without warning. But let's not get to that! People, please keep it friendly, respectful and on topic. This is a wonderful avenue for you to hear from the Town and for everyone else to hear from you.
