Here in the Valley, we've recently welcomed plenty of rain! While it may have changed some of our summer plans, it has also brought fresh, green landscapes and a chance to appreciate nature from a different perspective.

Words are only part of the message. Your posture, facial expressions, eye contact, and gestures all help your audience understand and connect with what you're saying.
Strong body language can:
✅ Increase your confidence
✅ Keep your audience engaged
✅ Reinforce your message
✅ Make your speech more memorable

The Toastmasters International Philippines – District 45 has shared some great tips on using body language effectively. They're simple, practical, and something we can all learn from to become more confident and impactful speakers.

☀️ Happy Summer from Our Toastmasters Club! 🌻

As we wrap up another wonderful season of learning, laughter, speeches, and personal growth, it's time for a well-deserved summer break! Our break time is from 1 July to 31 July 2026.

Thank you to all of our members and guests who made this year so memorable. Together, we've built confidence, developed leadership skills, and supported one another every step of the way.

Whether you're traveling, spending time with family and friends, or simply enjoying the sunshine, we hope you have a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled summer. 🌊🌞

We'll be back in August with more inspiring speeches, engaging Table Topics, and plenty of opportunities to grow together.
