Your Experience Has Value. Don't Let Anyone Tell You Otherwise.

Thinking about changing careers after 40?

You're not starting from scratch. You're starting with decades of experience, transferable skills, resilience, and real-world knowledge that employers still need.

You bring something employers can't teach: experience.

The challenge isn't whether you have value. It's knowing how to communicate that value and connect it to today's job market.

That's why ARC and Vision Travail are partnering to offer a free workshop on Career Transitions After 40.

Whether you're considering a new direction, returning to work, changing industries, or looking for new opportunities, this workshop will provide practical tools, guidance, and strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

And here's something many people don't know:

At ARC, we're investing more than ever in supporting people through career transitions.

It's not just about providing referrals.

We offer:
✔ One-on-one employment coaching
✔ Resume and LinkedIn support
✔ Interview preparation
✔ Job search strategies
✔ Personalized action plans

Father’s Day is about more than a title. It is about the everyday moments that often go unnoticed. The rides, the conversations, the encouragement, the sacrifices, and the steady support that help families and communities grow stronger.

Today, we celebrate all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, mentors, and father figures who show up with love, patience, and care. Your presence makes a difference, and the impact you have reaches far beyond your own family.

Thank you for the example you set, the strength you share, and the sense of belonging you help create in our community.

Wishing you a day filled with love, laughter, and time spent with the people who matter most.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at ARC 💙

15 years of ARC. 💙

Yesterday, we celebrated our 15th Annual General Meeting and took a moment to reflect on the people, partnerships and the community that have shaped our impact.

A special thank you to Rola Helou from S.O.A.R. Solutions for facilitating the AGM with grace, professionalism and warmth.
