👋 Oh, hi there! I guess we should introduce ourselves.
We're TROtt, the Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa-Carleton. We've been providing therapeutic riding lessons and other equine-assisted programs for over 50 years. We're the only CanTRA-accredited facility in the Ottawa area, and all of our instructors and facilitators are certified professionals.
At TROtt, our mission is to provide accredited therapeutic horseback riding and other equine-assisted programs that enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities.
Our core values guide us every day.
🙌Volunteerism – As the cornerstone of our service delivery model, volunteers are valued, well-trained, and thanked regularly. We would be absolutely nothing without the hundreds of volunteers who come through the barns every day.
