DowntownVillage DevelopmentCorporation DVDC is dedicated to making Greater Sudbury’s downtown the destination of choice for business and residential investment.

DVDC has played the lead role in the Downtown Streetscape Project, the Downtown Master Plan, The Elgin Greenway and the Financial Incentives Program for downtown businesses. DVDC continues to lead residential development, the rehabilitation of Elm Street including on street parking and is presently addressing the critical lack of parking in the central core with an infill incentivized development project.
