BioSki Cross-Country Ski & Snowshoe Club offers 20 km of classic, single-track ski trails and 7.5 km of self guided, mapped snowshoe trails in an intimate setting within the Lake Laurentian Conservation area.

As of the end of day today, Wednesday, April 1st, the ski and snowshoe trails are officially closed for the season.

Thanks to all involved for making this season a memorable and highly enjoyable one.

TRAIL CONDITION UPDATE SUNDAY MARCH 29 AT 545 AM:

The entire system, except for the Seasonal and Otter Pond bypasses, was groomed and trackset overnight and is in very good condition.

Snow shoe trails are in excellent condition for use with snowhoes. The Moonlight Beach Road is hard packed from walker traffic.

There will be a 6pm pre-dinner walk with Peter Beckett…..or you can enjoy the ski trails on your own, either before or after dinner!

TRAIL UDATE ON SUNDAY MARCH 22ND AT 945AM:

The entire system was groomed and trackset this morning and conditions are springlike with good to very good tracks. They maybe soft and somewhat icy. Ideally, skiers should plan to stay off the trails until later this morning or this afternoon to allow tracks to set.

As of 7:40am groomers are still working on the trails and plan to have tracks set within the next 2-3 hours.
Please stay off the trails until 11am at the earliest. Tracks will be soft.

TRAIL CONDITION UPDATE FRIDAY MARCH 20TH AT 11 PM

The entire system, except the Otter Pond Bypass, was groomed and trackset this evening and is in excellent condition.

However, users of the Up and Over are cautioned that a short section of damaged track exists on the Curvy Downhill due to excess ice build up on the track setter.

TRAIL UPDATE FRIDAY MARCH 20 th AT 11 AM:

The green, light green, yellow and purple trails were groomed and track set this morning. Conditions are soft and will remain so due to mild temperatures.

TRAIL CONDITION UPDATE THURSDAY MARCH 19TH AT 6 AM:

The Green, Light Green, Yellow, Purple and Blue trails were freshly groomed and trackset overnight. Conditions are very good to excellent.

Tracks may be soft however and there may be some drifted snow at Perch Lake.

The Up and over hill (black trail) beyond the 7.5 cutoff remains closed.
