The Outreach Program is a personal support service which provides referrals to health agencies best

Our Goal:
Our main goal is to reduce the spread of HIV/
AIDS and Hepatitis C through the distribution
of free syringes and condoms and safe inhalation kits
All calls, contacts and exchanges are
completely confidential. We Offer:
• Safe Injection Kits
• Safe Inhalation Kits
• Free condoms
• Education and Support
• Drop In
• Community Presentations
• Community Outreach
• Safe disposal of syringes in the Community

URGENT MESSAGE!
Thank you to everyone who has supported us as a program and as an agency as a whole. We immensely appreciate all of your donations and time put into SACY.
As of today, March 15 2024 our Day Programs will be closing its doors indefinitely as of 4PM today.
NEST Shelter will be operating until Monday, March 18th, 2024, at 10 AM. In solidarity your SACY team 🤍
