HEY SPAD LADS & LASSES! The SPAD Alumni Golf Committee is looking for 3-4 volunteers to help with this year's tournament. Without volunteers, this year's tournament will be cancelled.

What is needed of your time?? The odd 30-minute meeting, someone to send out emails to alumni to promote the tournament, one person to liaise with the golf course, one person to handle registration, and everyone else to assist in getting prizes, donations and sponsorships, leading up to the tournament. The week of the tournament may require a few more hours, but as per the old saying - 'Many hands make for light work'. So, can you pitch in a bit of time??

HOCKEY EQUIPMENT DONATION REMINDER: For all attending the Toronto gala or the Sudbury events, just a reminder that we're collecting new and used hockey equipment (in relatively good condition) for local families in Sudbury!

For those attending the gala only, bring it with you and we'll get it up to Sudbury. For those in Sudbury or heading north, you can drop it off on Saturday, October 15th between 11:15AM-1:15PM at the Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex. Activities will be planned for the whole family, including a 2-hour skate and a skills clinic with Sudbury Wolves players!
