A bit about us:
TiniChi Chihuahua Rescue got started in 2008 after seeing the alarming number of Chihuahuas needing homes, with many Chis being given up due to health or behavioural issues that can be common with the breed.

Our founder (and head Chihuahua lover!) was working as a Vet Tech & dog trainer at the time, and was seeing first hand the problems people were having with their Chihuahuas and the reasons many Chis were being rehomed. Some people even bringing their Chis into the vet for euthanasia because health or behavioural issues had become intolerable!

And so, a rescue was born!

We are a small group of Chihuahua lovers, all with experience owning, training and living with a breed that can have a few "quirks", who have banded together to offer training, rescue & adopting, rehoming, rehabilitation, spay/neutering or anything else needed to help Chihuahuas find or stay in permanent homes.
