Ryde Community Co-op Inc. Over 400 Members. These are grassroots organizations that advocate on priority issues. Partnerships are the key to the success of these co-ops.

A registered charity, 100% owned by its members and run by its volunteers, to provide free or low cost essential social, wellness and educational programs for all ages. A community co-operative is a type of organization that many rural neighbourhoods have put in place to help develop ideas and projects that benefit its members and the community.

FREE Lunch & Learn Program for Adults 55+ 🍽️💬
Movement as Medicine – Speaker Event

Join us on Wednesday, May 27 from 10am–1pm at the Ryde Co-op for an inspiring and informative presentation with Ashley Duquette, RMT (Park Wood Chiropractic).

Movement as Medicine is a self-care focused discussion designed to educate and encourage small, meaningful lifestyle changes that can help manage chronic pain. By improving both mental and physical health, we can better manage symptoms of many chronic conditions.

This presentation was developed by Ashley through her own personal journey with chronic pain—bringing both professional knowledge and lived experience.

Lunch will be provided:
