Everybody needs a place along their spiritual journey where they can sense the presence of God and worship Him, where they can receive spiritual strength and guidance for the week ahead, and where they can belong to a caring group of people who encourage them. Joy Chapel has been touched by the love of God and many have found in Jesus Christ a joy and purpose in living. Joy Chapels provide a weekl

y supper and worship service that seeks to recognize and provide for the special needs of those that attend. Running from mid September to mid May, they meet Thursday evenings at the Trinity Lutheran Church on 100th Avenue in Grande Prairie. This ministry is also involved with Joy Bible Camp at Grande Prairie.

This is the evening, before Joy Day Camp (August 3rd to 5th) at David Thompson Bible Camp starts. We have 13 campers registered, and a possibility of 4 or 6 more coming (undecided). Please pray that God will send the campers (He desires), for safety, nice weather, and that they will be receptive to God’s direction in their lives :)
