Grandview Mud Bog – Garbage Clean-up Services
The organizers of the Grandview Mud Bog invite sealed tenders for the provision of garbage pickup and waste removal services at Wilson Park and area from Thursday, August 6, 2026 to Monday, August 10, 2026.
Scope of work:
--Setting up garbage and recycling cans (provided) before event, cleaning and returning to GACC after event. Garbage bags will be provided by Grandview Mud Bog.
--Area includes all licensed grounds (fenced festival area, Mud Bog bleachers, beer gardens, etc.), Lakers Diamond, ring road in Wilson Park (does not include campsites themselves), and GKCC/GACC parking lots.
--Collection and disposal of garbage in OSS bins provided, replacing bags in cans, clean up tables and grounds during event and either after close at night or before open in mornings.
--Full site clean-up and return of unused bags and cleaned cans by end of day Monday, August 10.
--Access to motorized assistance (truck, gator, side-by-side, etc.) is highly recommended and will be considered in the application.
Submission requirements and details:
--Submission must include names of workers, contact cell phone number, email address, and fixed price quote for the entire weekend. Tender applicants must have at LEAST 2 workers and are expected to have backups to ensure full provision of services.
--Expect approximately 20 hours of work each for 2 workers.
--Priority consideration given to community groups, non-profits, and local sports teams.
--Successful applicants will be provided with production passes for the weekend (access to grounds at all times but unable to utilize bar services).
--Grandview Kinsmen, Mud Bog Committee, Grandview Municipality, and Grandview and District Recreation Commission not liable for the nature of waste and safety precautions are incumbent upon the successful applicant.

--Submissions must be received by email at [email protected] or mail at Grandview Kinsmen, Box 522, Grandview, MB, R0L 0Y0 - Attn: Mud Bog Garbage Tender by end of day on May 15, 2026. Successful applicants will be notified by phone or email by May 31, 2026.
Grandview Mud Bog reserves the right to reject or accept any tender. The lowest price or any tender might not necessarily be accepted. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
