BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council for the Town of Grand Valley are in agreement to have the splash pad built on town land and are also in agreement to take ownership of same once it is completed. The Council is also in agreement to waiving all administration costs associated with this project IE: planner’s time, building permits, development charges, Grand River Conservation Aut
