We’re so excited to host more Skateboard Decorating Workshops with Seventh Rayn Design Co. and O Hey It’s Kay!

Come out the weekend of November 14/15 to design, paint and decorate some skateboards!
No skateboarding experience required - come out to paint skateboards, meet some other skaters and enjoy some prizes! You’re welcome to bring your own skateboard, sticker your helmet, or decorate one of our community boards used by those that don’t yet have their own equipment.

This event is for families, skaters, and all those in between.

Workshop #1 in Sarnia
Time and Date: Saturday, November 14 from 10:30am-1:30pm
Location: The Art House (410 Front St. N)
Cost: By donation (recommended $20 for supplies and instruction).
Optional: Purchase of a Blank Skateboard for $60-70

10:30-11:30am - Winter Surf Workshop & Coffee at the Grand Bend Art Centre (16 Municipal Dr.)

11:30am -12:00pm - Change and Drive Down to South Beach

12:00-1:30pm - Group Surf

We will review how to…

read wind patterns.
prepare for cold water temperature and prevent hypothermia.
navigate the surf environment.
stay safe!

We have met some pretty AMAZING artists to donate their time and talent to providing Siren Section some pretty outstanding Hand-Painted Skate Board Decks. We will be raffling off these beautiful decks at Punk Rock Flea Market London this weekend!!!! Proceeds go towards new community equipment and free decoration boards for kids workshops. If you can’t be there in person no fear, purchase tickets online using the instructions below:

Fall surf is building!!! Keep an eye out on our stories for wave days. You’ve built the skills this summer now time to catch some bigger waves.

We will be sharing our pop-up classes/workshops on a wave by wave basis. So be sure to turn our post notifications on and cross your fingers for lady huron to provide 💚

We’re creating a day to our Siren Section and Skool o’ Skate Families to try surfing!

Not only do we want to see kids on board, but we’re excited to include parents and family members in the experience as well.

There will be 3 sections on September 19 (Max 8 Spots Each Class):

Section 1: 930-1030am
Section 2: 11am-12pm
Section 3: 1230-130pm
Cost: $50/ person including tax.

Location: South Beach, Grand Bend

* All participants must be able to swim. All equipment provided.

Plant a tree in our community! Join Lakeshore Eco-Network on October 3, 2026 from 9-1130am at the Lambton Heritage Museum for a Native Plant Sale and Tree Planting Ceremony.

The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority will be providing all the training and equipment for us to plant native trees. Bring a friend and plant a tree!
