The end of the school year is approaching, which means exams are coming up.
Here are 3 simple, effective study tips for teens 📚✨

•Study in short, focused sessions.
Try 25–30 minutes of studying, then take a 5-minute break. Short bursts help your brain stay focused and remember more.

•Practice actively, not passively.
Instead of just rereading notes, test yourself with practice questions, flashcards, or teaching the material to someone else. Active recall boosts memory.

•Sleep and eat well before exams.
A good night’s sleep helps your brain store information. Avoid cramming all night. Rest, drink water, and eat a healthy snack.

Exams can feel overwhelming. Remind your teen to breathe, prepare, and trust themselves.

Classical Equitation is offering Kids Half-Day Summer Horse Camps in Fraserwood, MB this July & August.
Camps run Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm, for kids ages 6-16, with sessions focusing on horsemanship, riding, and personal growth.

The cost is $400 plus GST.
Hailey’s Way Inc. has partial funding available for eligible families.
