Camp Massad Manitoba Camp Massad is located just north of Winnipeg in Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba, Canada.

For the last 70 years Camp Massad, the only Hebrew immersion summer camp in North America, has been strengthening Jewish identity through a memorable Jewish summer camping experience. Camp Massad offers unparalleled creative, interactive programming, a stellar staff, a huge outdoor pool, basketball courts, paved tennis courts, an outdoor stage, play structures, acres of private forest with hiking

trails, and close proximity to beautiful Lake Winnipeg. The clean, safe accommodations and facilities are distributed over 20 acres of private forest.

Camp Massad would like to share that, after years of dedicated leadership and service to our community, Danial will be temporarily stepping down as Executive Director to pursue a
seat in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba.

We are pleased to announce that Ian Baruch has been appointed Interim Executive Director and will oversee the camp’s day-to-day operations and summer planning. Ian has
been working closely with camp leadership and the Board to ensure a smooth transition, and we are confident that camp operations will continue seamlessly. Over the summer,
Danial will continue working for Camp Massad in an advisory role and will remain an important source of guidance and experience to the staff and campers.

Camp programming, staffing, and summer operations will continue as planned, and we remain focused on providing the safe, meaningful, and joyful camp experience our families
have come to expect.

Camp Massad wishes Danial the very best in his endeavours. However, in accordance with CRA guidelines applicable to registered charities, applicable election campaign laws, and
as a non-partisan camp community, Camp Massad may not and does not endorse or support any candidate or political party in any election.
