Regional Association of West Quebecers The Regional Association of West Quebecers is a non-profit organization supporting the needs of the English-speaking communities of West Quebec.

The Regional Association of West Quebecers is a not-for-profit association of individuals engaged in fostering the interests of the English-speaking community (ESC) of West Quebec. West Quebecers consists of several hundred individual, family and corporate members. The association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership and administered by the Executive Director fro

m our office in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau. West Quebecers engages in policy development, research, advocacy (in the areas of health, education, youth, arts and culture) and dissemination of public information.
