If you’ve been thinking about prioritizing your health, there’s never been a better time to check out Gan Fitness. A longtime fixture in Gananoque’s wellness community, the locally owned fitness centre has recently moved into a beautiful new location, giving members even more space and opportunities to work toward their goals.

Owner and personal trainer Beth has been helping people in the community embrace healthier lifestyles for the past 12 years. Her mission has always been simple: create a clean, safe, and welcoming space where everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned gym-goers, feels comfortable and supported.

“Fitness should be for everybody,” says Beth, and that philosophy is evident in everything Gan Fitness offers. The members-only facility features commercial-grade equipment and convenient key fob access, allowing members to work out on their own schedule, making it easy to fit exercise into even the busiest lifestyles.

The countdown is on! In just a few short days, backpacks will be tossed aside, alarm clocks will be silenced, and summer adventures will officially begin.

As our students head into a well-deserved break, it's the perfect reminder to slow down and enjoy everything our town has to offer. Whether it's an ice cream after the ball game, a stroll along the waterfront, browsing local shops, enjoying community events, or simply soaking up a sunny evening with family and friends, summer memories are often made right here at home.

Every town has those special places that become woven into the fabric of the community. The Purple House Café is one of those places for Gananoque.
