Thank You, Lions Clubs in District A4 💛💙
We have hit more than our goals! And there are 4 more days to go!
The Great Cycle Challenge: Sick Kids Foundation
Childhood Cancer is one of Lions Clubs International’s Global Causes, and I am incredibly grateful to the three Lions Clubs that have so generously supported my Great Cycle Challenge 2026 journey:
🦁 Seeley’s Bay and District Lions Club
🦁 Morrisburg and District Lions Club
🦁 Gananoque Lions Club
Raising awareness and funds for children with cancer is a passion of mine. Seeing children suffering and struggling, while their families walk beside them through some of the most difficult days of their lives, is truly heart-wrenching. Children should be enjoying their lives, not fighting for them.
Because of the generosity of so many wonderful supporters, we have raised $4,503.84 so far this month! And the month isn't over yet! 🚴♀️
Since August 1st, I have cycled over 1,100 km for “The Kids” and the Sick Kids Foundation.
This is my 6th year participating in the Great Cycle Challenge, and together, we have now raised over $20,086.00 and I have cycled over 11,498 km for this cause.
A very special thank you to the Lions Clubs and all their members who have supported me. Your generosity means so much to me and, more importantly, helps give children with cancer hope for brighter futures.
And thank you to the individual Lions members who have personally sponsored and supported me throughout this challenge:
Every donation, every word of encouragement, and every kilometre makes a difference.
Together, we ride for the kids. ❤️🚴♀️

To see my journey and my rides.. I am overwhelmed for the support I have received. I know the Children who fight this ugly disease will benefit.
