Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers tonight for cleaning up the overgrowth and helping prepare the corner beds for fall. What a great turnout!

We had to get everything neatly trimmed up, as the upgrades continue this year! More new rock will be installed to match the nearby beds completed earlier in the season.

Also: there is a large pile of fresh cut lavender free for the taking, located on the picnic table in the pole yard. We have one more fall clean up day scheduled for next Monday at 6pm, please feel free to join us, we are always happy to have new hands on deck!

We have bundled a $50 Nipkows gift card with a $50 Fruitvale Co-Op gift card and will be giving this to one lucky volunteer at the end of May.
All you need to do for a chance to win is participate in one of our May Garden Parties.
🐝 Each volunteer will receive one entry to the prize draw for each Garden Party attended (attending four parties = four entries!).
🐝 One BONUS entry will be given to first time volunteers (April newbies will get a bonus entry if they attend a May party)
🐝 Draw date May 26, at that evening's Garden Party.

Pssst!! We also have a fun weekly prize up for grabs. 🎉 This will be drawn at each Garden Party, and each volunteer present will get one entry.

May is a great month to come out! We have only a little more bed preparations to complete and then we get to plant 🌸 and watch our efforts take bloom! 🌻
