New Artist Spotlight:
🎨 Meet Jacqui Carr at The Orchard Gallery! ✨
We are thrilled to welcome our newest featured artist to the walls of York County Cider! This Sunday, we are hosting an opening celebration for the incredible Jacqueline (Jacqui) Carr.

Jacqui is a truly "promiscuous" multidisciplinary artist—you’ll find her work spanning everything from mixed media and collage to painting, printmaking, and sculpture. With a background in Environmental Studies and Visual Arts, her work beautifully explores the tension between our natural world and the human psyche, often weaving in themes of nostalgia, justice, and our profound connection to animals.

Why you’ll love her work:
Jacqui’s practice is deeply rooted in sustainability. Through her business, The Periwinkle House, she upcycles discarded materials and vintage textiles, giving old "ephemera" a brand-new narrative in her art.

If you’ve been into York County Cider lately, you’ve likely noticed the walls have transformed. Currently, we are featuring the beautiful, soft watercolor work of Sandi Scott McKessock.

Sandi has a remarkable gift for capturing light and character—whether it’s the quiet gaze of a cat or the delicate petals of a bloom. These watercolors are on display now and are already a huge hit!

Coming Next Sunday: A Shift in Style 🖋️

The exhibit is about to get even more interesting. Next Sunday, April 26, Sandi will be adding her Mandala paintings to the gallery. It’s a fascinating contrast: the fluid, flowing nature of her watercolors meeting the intricate, rhythmic precision of her mandalas.

We are thrilled to welcome our newest featured artist to inside York County Cider. Our walls are currently showcasing a stunning collection of original watercolor paintings that are on display NOW (available for viewing since April 4)! 🖼️🌅

The Full Reveal is Coming Soon! 🤫

But there’s more! Starting April 26, the exhibit will grow with the addition of a NEW collection of incredible Mandala paintings. This is a beautiful opportunity to see two distinct styles from one incredibly talented local creator, and the Mandalas are a truly special addition.
