“To my incredible Joy 96.5 family,

After two unforgettable years, I am reaching out to share the news that I will be stepping down from my position as CEO.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of our listeners, donors, and supporters. Because of this amazing community, we have experienced a season of unprecedented growth over the last two years, marking some of the most significant milestones in Joy’s history. It has been an absolute honor to lead and serve alongside you.
While my next chapter is taking me to a new opportunity outside of the organization, I will always believe in Joy’s future, its mission, and its continued growth. The momentum we've built together is just the beginning.

As we enter this transition, I would love to ask our Joy family to join me in prayer. Please pray for our Board of Directors as they seek wisdom for what’s next, and that God’s hand would be clearly at work in revealing the perfect next steps and leadership for the station.
