THE 2025 FALL EDITION OF YOUR NORTHSIDE IS DROPPING THIS WEEK!!!

The 2025 Fall Edition of the BFN magazine Your Northside is DROPPING THIS WEEK into Northside homes. Read about Northside Future Leaders Jorja and Carla, read about Northside Legend Gerald Gorman who is Northsider Making A Difference, and the 25 awesome Northside advertisers who offer all the services you will ever need!!!

With the Canada Post Strike, our 7800 Your Northside magazines were delivered late. The deadline for our contest was October 10th unfortunately our physical magazines were delivered after that date and did not allow the public an opportunity to enter, which we could not control. As a result, we are going to do 2 draws in the Christmas Edition for $250 each.

Business Fredericton North and their magazine Your Northside was due to be delivered this week. Unfortunately Canada Post decided on Monday September 12 to not deliver any unaddressed admail which includes magazines and flyers.

There was no communication from Canada Post about this, will keep everyone posted when Your Northside hits the Northside. In the meantime you can go to the websites www.businessfrednorth.ca or www.truenorthmarketing.ca and read Your Northside online.

Business Improvement Association

The Core BIA, as it has existed since 1986, is still defined as the 2.3 KM strip bounded by the overpass of the Westmorland Street Bridge to the Stone Bridge at Sunset Drive and from the trail (old rail line) to the St. John River. Any business located in these boundaries is a member. Those businesses on the Northside outside the boundaries can join as an associate member.

We work for the betterment of the business and community environments in the Main Street Business Improvement Area (BIA), Fredericton North, and the City of Fredericton as a whole.

Beautification efforts in the boundary BIA are designed to enhance the greening of the Main Street BIA. The financial investments made in beautification by BFN displays the ongoing commitment the BIA has to reinvesting into the visual environment of our central business district.

We provide our members with the most cost effective, user friendly website/ communication tool possible. The site offers online listing for our member businesses, property listings, community events, and member information. Advertising is also available at great rates. The site provides consumers and the
