Le Syndicat des infirmières et infirmiers du Nouveau-Brunswick est une organisation syndicale bilingue qui regroupe environ 8 500 infirmières et infirmiers immatriculé(e)s, infirmières et infirmiers praticien(ne)s, et infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires autorisés du secteur hospitalier et de la santé publique travaillant dans divers milieux de la province. Le SIINB est une organisation ouverte et démocratique qui, grâce à sa structure interne, favorise la participation d’un nombre maximal de membres à la prise de décisions. Le SIINB est membre de la Fédération canadienne des syndicats d’infirmières et infirmiers (FCSII) et, de concert avec d’autres syndicats du pays, nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec la FCSII par rapport à des enjeux communs.
