🩺 Doctor for a Day

We’re excited to offer Doctor for a Day this year in partnership with Dalhousie Medicine NB and Under One Sky Friendship Centre!

This hands-on experience is open to Urban Indigenous high school students who are curious about health, medicine, or becoming a doctor. Participants will spend the day at the Dalhousie Medicine NB campus, learning directly from resident doctors through presentations and interactive activities. It’s a fun, engaging way to explore careers in health care!

Who: Urban Indigenous high school students (living off-reserve in NB)
When: Monday, April 13 (school-day absence required)
🚌 Bus departs Under One Sky Friendship Centre (7 Leverman Street) at 8:30 AM
📍 Day spent at Dalhousie Medicine NB in Saint John
🕓 Return to Under One Sky by 4:00 PM
Lunch: Provided 🍽️
