UNB Makerspace Located in B8 Head Hall and open to all UNB students! A space to explore your creativity, interact with modern technology, build prototypes and so much more.

Welcome to the Makerspace page! The UNB Makerspace is a space that seeks to provide students with resources for innovation, design and collaboration, which will be run by students and for students. Situated in room B8 of Head Hall we currently have over 20 3D printers, a 3D scanner, a laser cutter, Circuit Makers, Arduinos, Raspberry Pi, Beaglebones, a circuit board printer, oscilloscopes, functio

n generators, soldering irons, variable DC power supplies, and many electronics parts for you to use. The development of the Makerspace has been made possible through Dr. Couturier’s NSERC Design Chair funding.

Our Story

The development of the Makerspace has been made possible through Dr. Couturier’s NSERC Design Chair funding and the Engineering Program Fund.
