Welcome to the UNB.
The Graduate Student Association wants to share the updated Orientation Week Schedule with you as we welcome new and returning students.
As we gradually return to in-person activities, this Orientation will look different from the last few years. Most activities will happen at the Grad House, Home of the Graduate Students' Association and the Windsor Castle Bar. There will be some at the Fredericton Farmers Market and the Downtown.
Please re-register for Dooly's event and the Market March during the O' week at the registration counter on the 6th and 7th. Seats are limited.
Throughout Orientation Week, the GSA team will give orientation kits to new students and students who began their program last year. They include critical information you need to know as a newcomer to the UNB and the GSA. There are limited numbers, so please only get a kit if you're a new student (2022) or a student who started in the 2021-22 academic year but never received a kit.
We collaborated with the University Graduate Students Workers Association (UGSW) and the Canadian Federation of Students (CFS). Representatives from those associations will be at the O'week events as well. Moreover, the Royal Bank of Canada representatives will be at the Grad House to assist students in opening bank accounts and applying for credit cards. There will be various promotion programs, welcome kits, and swags for domestic and international students. Please check out the links below.
