Earlier this spring, members of the Forever Fund Board attended the United Way Central New Brunswick Campaign Celebration, where the Forever Fund was honoured as a Foundational Partner in recognition of this year’s contribution to the United Way campaign.

The award was presented to Patricia Seaman, President of the Forever Fund, by Ben Harrison, Director for Central New Brunswick with United Way Maritimes, alongside this year’s Campaign Chair, Bradley MacDonald. Also in attendance was Dan Nicholson, Board Member and previous Board President.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported the Forever Fund over the years, our donors, volunteers, board members, and community champions. Your belief in building long-term community impact continues to make a difference close to home.

We also extend our thanks to United Way for this recognition and for the important work they do in communities across our region.

Together, we continue to invest in a stronger future for our community.

Celebrating three years of leadership, dedication, and service.

With sincere thanks to Doubra for her meaningful contributions to the Forever Fund over the past three years. We have been very fortunate to benefit from her thoughtful guidance, steady commitment, and genuine care for the Fund’s long-term impact.

While we will miss having Doubra in this role, we are so pleased for her as she transitions into full-time work. Her next team will be very fortunate to have her.

We are also glad to know she will remain an active member of the Fredericton community, continuing to contribute her energy, leadership, and care close to home.

Thank you, Doubra, for all that you have shared with the Forever Fund. We wish you every success in this exciting next chapter!

Happy National Volunteer Week! We are excited to welcome Oluchi Ononiwu to the Board of the Forever Fund of New Brunswick.

Oluchi is a passionate advocate for community and sustainability. From supporting conservation policy with the Nature Trust of New Brunswick to teaching English to newcomers through United for Literacy Fredericton, she is deeply committed to strengthening communities across the province.

Her experience in governance and her dedication to environmental and community impact will be a strong asset to the Board.

Welcome, Oluchi. We look forward to working together to build a stronger and more sustainable New Brunswick.

Because of planned gifts, the Forever Fund is proud to contribute $242,100 to the Fredericton Community Foundation, directed into the United Way Central New Brunswick endowment.

With this investment, our endowment funds will now sit at over $4.3M—strengthening long-term, sustainable support for the Fredericton community for generations to come.

To everyone who has included community in your plans: thank you. Your impact truly lasts.

Because of the generosity of people who chose to include community in their planned giving, the Forever Fund is proud to contribute $242,100 to the Fredericton Community Foundation, directed into the United Way of Central New Brunswick endowment.

With this investment, our endowment now stands at over $4.3 million, strengthening long-term, sustainable support for the Fredericton community—today and for generations to come.
