Things are busy here at the Auxillary!!
We had 1 new member sworn in at our last meeting!!
Tickets for the quilt are going to be on Nov 7th.
We are serving at the Rememberence Day dinner!
Come and peel vegetables if you can!
Nov 30th, there is a Jam Session from 2-4 with Simply Country and other local bands attending.
Nov11th there is a veterens dinner which we prepare. If you feel like peeling veggies or serving at the meal, let Juanita Gaudet know.
There is a window fundraiser dance Nov 15th from 8:30-11:00 with Contry Classis entertaining.
We are always looking for new members to join the fun working the bingo canteen on Friday evenings & serving our local veterens.
Our next meeting is on Nov 13th at 7 pm, upstairs. Hope to see you there!!

The Royal Canadian Legion branch 55 Fredericton junction has bursaries available to students living in the Gladstone Br. #55 area who will complete their Grade 12 in the year of application and wish to further their education. ONLY students from the Gladstone Branch #55 area can apply. The area is Fredericton Junction, Tracy, Tracyville, Upper Tracy, Bailey, Central Blissville, Hoyt, and Wirral. Students must be 1. A child or grandchild of existing or ex-service personnel, 2.Financial need. 3.Academic attainment. APPLICATIONS can be picked up at Oromocto High School, Gladstone Legion #55 in Fredericton junction, or Mrs. Carol Hartt at 506 368 7830. We hope to receive many applications by June3rd. Ladies Auxillary Branch #55

Things are a buzz with alot of activities going on.
Rememberance Day was a little rainy but a great turnout nonetheless!!
We served doughnuts coffee and tea directly after the Service. Also a lovely meal of roast pork was served at 2:00pm. Many guests and volunteers attended!!
Nov 30th the Ladies are hosting Craft and Bake Sale.
We are selling tickets on a Christmas box filled with many misc things, including gift cards, crafts, baking, jams. A little bit of everything. Tickets are available from an Auxillary member. They are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00.
We are donating boxes of fruit and baking to 4 vets in the local area.
There is a New Years Dance from 9:00-12:30. Price is $10.00.
Tunes are from 60's & 70's and some 80s & 90s country. Party favors included! Chili & seafood chowder are on the menu for 3:00 a bowl. Should be a great time!!
Thank you all fir your continued support, though our early bird bingos, buying tickets, attending dances!! We appreciate it! Merry Christmas and have the happiest of New Years!!

Ladies Auxillary
We have been busy the months of August and Sept. August 24th we had a Luncheon of soup, sandwiches and sweets. The people were entertained by Michelle Boudreau. Great job Michele
Sept 21 we had a dance with chilli and seafood chowder. The band Country Classics entertained us and it was nice to kick up step or two. A great time had by all.
On the 24th of Sept the ladies hosted a bus tour of 56 people with soup and sandwiches and dessert. They were entertained by the band Simply Classic. This was the 1st bus tour meal provided by the Auxillary and Legion.
We are always looking for volunteers to join us making meals from time and working the canteen on the odd Friday night, visiting supporting our local Veterans.

GLADSTONE LEGION BRANCH #55 LADIES AUXILLARY.
We wish to congratulate all the Graduates from the Tri county area!! All your hard work has paid off! Good luck on your new adventures that await you!!
We plan to put a float in today Canada Day Parade if we can find someone with a truck.
On Saturday, July 20 at 2:00-4:00pm we are Celebrating our 77th Anniversay of the Fredericton Jct. branch with a luncheon that is open to the public! All are welcome!!
Come and meet the older and younger members!!!!
There will be an old fashioned luncheon in Sept to start off a new year of serving the Veterens in the Tri County area!!
