📣 New Program at Community Bridge!

Interested in learning about healthy pregnancy and child health and development? Join us at our newest program, Grow Well Together!

Grow Well Together offers three services:

🤰Prenatal Drop-in Groups will offer information on healthy pregnancies, postpartum health, infant development and care, breastfeeding support, and harm reduction.

👶 Baby Drop-in and Play Groups (0-2 years old) will offer information on infant and toddler health, development and care, breastfeeding education and support, free play and socializing for families, and structured activities to foster child’s growth and development.

🧒👧 Drop-in Play Group (2-6 years old) will offer information on child health and development, healthy lifestyles for families, along with activities to foster caregiver-child relationships and socializing for families.

📆 Sessions will start the week of April 13, with the following schedule:

Prenatal Drop-in Groups
Mondays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Baby Drop-in and Play Groups (0-2 years old) & Drop-in Play Groups (2-6 years old)
Mondays, 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Wednesdays, 6:00pm to 7:00pm
