100+ Women Who Care Fort St John is group, open to all women, who come together to make an immediate, direct, and positive impact on our community by donating $100. A local charity or organization is selected by group members and voted on at the semi-annual meeting. Watch how the group's commitment of $100 per person turns into a $10,000+ donation to a local charity in one evening. Do that twice p

Tonight was another inspiring night for our community.

Congratulations to Fort St. John Men's Shed - FSJMS for winning $11,770 at tonight’s 100 Women Who Care event. Your work makes a real difference in Fort St. John.

A big thank you as well to Friends of the Fort St. John Public Library and KidSport - North Peace for their thoughtful presentations. It was a difficult decision, and all three organizations did an excellent job sharing the impact of their work.

Thanks to The FSJ Royal Canadian Legion Branch 102 for sharing the incredible work accomplished after being selected as the winners at our September event. It was wonderful to hear about the impact those funds have already made in our community.

We are also grateful to Surerus for generously topping up the donation amount.

This was our 12th event, and together we have now raised $200,000 for local non-profits. That is the power of a community that comes together with purpose.

Thank you to everyone who joined us tonight, and to our sponsors who help make these gatherings possible. Every dollar raised goes directly to the charities.

KidSport - North Peace, Fort St. John Men's Shed - FSJMS and Friends of the Fort St. John Public Library will each take the stage to share their mission and the difference they are making. At the end of the night, attendees will vote, and one organization will receive a meaningful cash donation to support their work.
