Customer Service Representative
(Full-Time) Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can juggle multiple tasks with a smile? If so, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing:
• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
• Assist customers with pickups, payments, deposits, and order questions
• Support our sales team with customer requests and order updates
• Manage incoming emails and ensure requests reach the right people
• Process paperwork, invoices, packing slips, and customer information
• Assist with organizing and preparing online store orders
• Help keep our showroom and reception area organized and inviting
• Provide outstanding customer service every step of the way
What We're Looking For:
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication abilities
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and confidence learning new software systems
• A team player who enjoys working with others
