Let's Talk About Advance Care Planning π¬
Who can speak for you if you can't?
Helping you plan ahead, one conversation at a time.
Part of Advance Care Planning is thinking about who you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to speak for yourself.
There are several ways your wishes can be supported, including a Representative Agreement, a Temporary Substitute Decision Maker, an Advance Directive, and an Enduring Power of Attorney.
Having these conversations and documents in place can provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones and help ensure your wishes are understood and respected.
π Our Advance Care Planning workshops provide an opportunity to explore these ideas and conversations in greater detail in a supportive and welcoming environment.
