Still able to shop locally during the power outage this Sunday. Sana'aih Market and Carrier Food and Fuel Ltd will be open.

⚡ No Power? No Problem.

A reminder to the community that Sana’aih Market and Carrier Food & Fuel will remain open during the planned power outage this Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Community members can continue to access fuel, groceries, snacks, convenience items and prepared foods throughout the day.

Please plan ahead and travel safely.

Have recycle bottles collecting 🧃🍾 piling up? Bring them in to Fort St. James Bottle Depot. June donation group is Pope Mountain Arts - Community Arts Council of Fort St James Kat and her team have such a great system in place to support our local non profits and helping the environment 🌍♻️through recycling. No need to count, or sort just drop your bottles off to the donation group of the month.

Thank you to those who donated to our May donation group!

This month's group is Pope Mountain Arts! You can drop off unsorted and uncounted cans/bottles and the full refund will go to PMA!

Pope Mountain Arts is a community arts and cultural centre in Fort St. James, located in a historic building that has served many roles over the years, including a Hudson Bay store, church, courthouse, jail, and government office. Operated by the Community Arts Council since 2010, it provides an inclusive space for local artists and community members through art classes, exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events. The centre preserves local heritage while fostering creativity, connection, and community engagement throughout the region.
