Double it and give it to the next person.

So far this year, the KLC community has raised $8,350 to break down financial barriers for our campers. Because of their support, 37 applications for financial assistance have been approved. That's 37 kids who get to experience camp and learn about God's love and will for them who otherwise wouldn't get the chance.

While we initially planned for this fundraiser to end this weekend with Father's Day, an anonymous donor would like to see us go further. From now until June 26th (the beginning of Family Camp), every donation made to the Camp Matters Fund will be matched up to $5000.

While we are getting close to our initial goal, applications for funding are hitting record numbers; we anticipate seeing at least 20 more applications this registration season.

From Mother’s Day until Father’s Day, we are raising money for the Camp Matters Fund. In 2025, Camp Matters sponsored 35+ campers who wouldn’t have otherwise been able to attend. This year, we have a record number of applications for assistance and are aiming to raise $15,000 to help parents say “yes” to camp.

It costs over $700 to send a kid to camp for a week; though we offer no-application subsidies, those prices are still out of reach for many.

We truly believe that every child deserves to experience camp and have someone see their full worth and potential — the way God sees them.
