Families of children and youth with cerebral palsy and related disabilities are invited to an interactive virtual workshop on adult transitions.

This workshop is led by a speaker panel featuring lawyers Don Renaud and Chris Lee, who will address legal solutions, adult representation, and decision-making authority for post-18 transitions; and Jeanne Morton from Cerebral Palsy Association of BC, who will tackle systemic funding cuts and highlight community-based solutions.

This session has been changed from Burnaby in-person to virtual on Zoom, to ensure this information is accessible to families across the province.

To register, please send an email to [email protected]

Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Secure link is sent upon registration. The format is intended to create a safe space for a live interactive session designed to foster supportive discussion and direct Q&A.

Although Socktember is ending soon, we will still be accepting sock donations at the NRCDA office, so there’s still time to drop off your donations!

And stay tuned… 🧤🎩
