The Chard Métis Health Program is pleased to welcome Nurse Practitioner Miranda Jensen, who will be providing primary health care services in the community from August 10–14 at the Chard Métis Health Building.

The Community Family Assistance Program (CFAP) is here to provide confidential, local, and culturally respectful support for individuals, families, youth, and community members. 💙

In-person sessions are available Thursdays in Janvier, with virtual and phone appointments available Monday–Friday. Evening and weekend appointments may also be available by request.

Whether you’re looking for counselling, help navigating life’s challenges, coping strategies, or simply someone to talk to, support is available close to home.
