We would like to pass on our condolences to the Stroud Family during this difficult time. We were so sad to hear of Councillor Stroud’s passing, she was an amazing soul and great supporter of our organization and our community as a whole. Councillor Stroud will be great missed by all those that got to meet her and see the beautiful person/soul she was. RIP Councillor Stroud
