Thank you everyone for an incredible 2026 Musical Ride season! Some of you may have noticed that our Musical Ride was short a member this year. After our 8th horse retired last season, the ride just hasn't been the same. With your help, we could raise enough funds to restore our Musical Ride back to it's full strength, and add a new friend to our team.

We are a privately run, non-profit organization, and it is thanks to the generosity of all of our supporters that we are able to keep the Musical Ride alive and thriving.

If you are able to help, please reach out to Nia at [email protected], or call or text 403-763-0172 for more information on how to donate. Even if you are unable to donate yourself, liking or sharing this video is just as appreciated!

Thank you all again for all of your support, and we can't wait to see you for the 2027 season!

After a short break, we're back with our last, but certainly not least, meet the team post! It's time to meet the incredible women behind this years Mounted Patrol!

This season, we made a little history of our own as we welcomed the first-ever all-female troop to ride as part of our Mounted Patrol. These riders have brought skill, dedication, personality, and plenty of horsepower to the Fort all season long. We couldn't think of a better group to bring our Meet the Team series to a close.

So, let's meet the women behind the reins!

Hello folks!

We just had a puppy visitor here at the Fort. It's about knee height, white and gold in colouring with pointed ears. Very playful and fast so we were unable to catch or get a photo. Seems to be wearing a collar. It crossed the highway back towards main street and we lost sight.

Hopefully this puppy is able to be reunited with it's family soon! We will continue to keep an eye out.
