We are a group of committed volunteers who work on improving and empowering the lives of youth in our community. Though our volunteers, we fund raise and develop community network with the goal of supporting kids and become acquainted with like minded individuals.

Last weekend’s Ride for Memories 2026 was made even more special because of the incredible support from our local businesses and community partners.

Thank you for donating prizes and helping us celebrate our riders and fundraisers. Your kindness helped make the day more memorable and showed the amazing generosity of our community.

A very special thank you to our incredible volunteers, Rob and Robin of Kiwanis Club of Fort Frances Inc., Micaela Jensen, Brigitte Schaffer and Cindy MacArthur for your time, energy, and support. Your help behind the scenes and on event day played such an important role in bringing everything together.

Today we are proud to recognize theKiwanis Foundation of Canada/La Foundation Kiwanis du Canada for its generous contribution of $17,500 to the Northwestern Ontario Wildfire Community Support Fund.

Dedicated to improving the lives of children and strengthening communities, the Kiwanis Foundation of Canada is proud to join with Kiwanis Clubs across Canada in supporting individuals, families, and communities affected by the devastating wildfires across Northwestern Ontario.

A heartfelt thank you to Lidkea Optometry, Old Dutch, and Safeway Canada for their generous donations in support of our BBQ fundraiser. 💙

We are also incredibly grateful to everyone in our community who donated used eyeglasses, which will be provided to those in need, as well as those who made monetary contributions to the Dr. Bob Memorial Fund. Your generosity helps support individual funding requests within our community and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of local families. 👓
