🎉 WE HAVE A VERY SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! 🎉
After 387 days of waiting, hoping, learning, and growing… our sweet boy Onyx has officially been ADOPTED!!
This one is extra special for all of us, and we want to take a moment to thank everyone who helped make this possible.
🐾To our incredible community: Thank you for sharing Onyx, talking about him, and helping spread the word until we found the right person who was willing and ready to open their heart to him.
🐾 To our amazing volunteers and employees: For over a year, you worked tirelessly with Onyx, helping him slowly come out of his shell, build confidence, and become more comfortable around men and other animals. Your patience, love, and dedication made such a difference in his life.
🐾 To the incredibly generous community member who donated Onyx’s adoption fee: Thank you for helping make his adoption that much easier and for believing in this sweet boy.
❤️ And finally, to the wonderful woman who opened her heart and home to Onyx: Thank you for seeing the special boy underneath it all and giving him the forever home he has been waiting for.
387 days later… Onyx is officially home. ❤️
He is finalized, cozy, and cuddled up in his very own bed, exactly where he belongs.
Thank you to EVERYONE who played a part in Onyx’s journey. Every share, every walk, every training session, every cuddle, every conversation, and every person who believed that his person was out there mattered.
Today, we can finally say: Onyx found his forever home.
And he was worth the wait.
